Open the horse track timer
Open the horse track timer in the York town. I can't get through the gate on the horse track and event is not even being hosted. So just open the timer to the individual runners until an admin decides to host an event. I wanna see how fast I can make a lap.

They won't host an event that's an issue.

They should be held open at all times, due to the fact people just glitch into them anyways. Problem is keeping them that way.
