Is this a permanent item or used a certain amount of times. There is a problem because I think its a permanent item because it sold for 900g.

I purchased two and placed them in my house I logged out an went back in..the item is invisible an not clixkable to add back in my inventory or to move around. But u can randomly see the firework explode...there is definitely a bug here please look at my account purchase history an look in my house. My Ign is lwmark . I need this to be fixed or I would like refund for both
