My tickets aren't being answered
My tickets on support.toonslab for Ol' West aren't being answered... Why?  I've been waiting for a reply for a week now. But it's pretty much too late since I'm already out of jail... Please help me admins.

Because I was jailed three times just because I was laggy. That's 30 hours spent in jail that I didn't deserve. I believe that I should have been released the day that I sent my support ticket, but no. They just let me wait out my jail.
