Buying a Gaming Computer

My Gaming computer, which I use now is getting laggy in certain games, has alot of errors, and now I prefer buying gaming computers rather than building them, if possible leave me links too.

So, my budget is 1000$ usd.

600$ USD Specs; Already Assembled:
AMD Vishera FX-9590 4.70GHz-5.0GHz Processor
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev. 4.0) Motherboard
4GB DDR3 1333 Memory
WD Caviar Blue 500GB Hard Disk
Trigon or Arsenal 600 watts Power Supply
Trigon or Arsenal Casing
Intex Mouse and Keyboard

Actually I searched the store for the specs they have it, They can either assemble it for 50$ Extra, all the parts are costed @ 550$.

I'm either building or buying.

Building allows the access to get better fps and better performance by your choice while buying one is for lazy people and want a fast computer but isn't always that fasth

Pretty bad. Avoid AMD and aim for an Intel i5 4460 or i5 4590 if your intention is gaming.

GPU should be at least a GTX 960 or R9 380.
