How to submit 1k tower hats
Here is a quick guide on how to submit a 1k tower hat for review and approval. 1. Make sure to email [email protected] with subject "Guild 1k tower hat", name of your guild, your in-game name, graalID (found in feedback), and the file image *NOTE: Only .PNG file extensions will be accepted. 2. Make sure that all players receiving the hat are on the guild with the 1k hours. *No subguilds/ other lists count. 3. Make sure to check your email regularly for a response from classic in case the hat needs fixing, is rejected, or if any other issue arises. ** FAQ ** Q. Why aren't .gif files allowed? A. .gif files will only be accepted for guild 5k rewards Q. Do Mounts take longer than hats and do I have to follow extra steps for submission? A. Mounts for 10k may take a while to check, but requires same process as above. Q. Who can I talk to about my hat? A. Staff will only talk to the guild leader about guild tower rewards. Q. How many hats does my guild receive? A. Only 25 hats will be distributed for your guild's 1k tower hat reward. Q. Why isn't my hat on my player's head yet > A. BE PATIENT!

Does the leader/owner of the guild need to be the one to submit the hat? The guild "I Love You" still needs to submit it's hat and the leader has not been on for 213 days and shows no signs of coming back considering he has apparently lost access to his email or something. If someone else can upload, who can this person be? I assume you wouldn't just let anyone upload or that could cause the issue of multiple members trying to submit a hat that they like but isn't necessarily intended for the guild. |

Tek was able to submit a submission for (Blood Lust) and it was approved/uploaded even though he wasn't the leader of the guild. Just make sure the hat follows every guidelines and include the situation via the e-mail submission. |

You'll probably have to get get the holding acc to log on and give the guild to someone else to get the hat. This might also work: The owner of the email the account is linked to can probably submit the hat from that email, if he provides the account's Graal ID |
