cigarette shields

Just wondering are they allowed? Like I'm definitely not promoting smoking but one of my friends told me I should make a cigarette shield for my guild. Most people may think of it as an "epic" thing but is it actually allowed tho?

Use the flag template. I use this one. The body is not placed exsactly where it would be in-game, but it is very close.
