No, too annoying

It's very much possible to make a Portal Gun event however, where its required to have the teammembers port you through a parcour of some sorts (coordinative teamplay)

this can also be very much fitting for touch consoles, as you could be placing the portals by tapping on the screen twice or however

What exactly is a portal gun i still never get the actual concept. So you shoot a portal and then go on the other side of the map and shoot it again?

For some reason when I read the title I thought you were talking about the whatchamacallit gun from half-life 3.. y'know, the one that picks stuff up and throws it back.

Perhaps my mind went there because Portal is a half-life 3 mod. Anyway, yes I agree that Classic needs the half-life 3 pick-up-and-throw gun, whatever it's called.

And as to the OP... go develop a working portal gun for the game and then introduce it. Maybe they'll take it into consideration for later or something...
