Why has there been no bday hats?

For the past months I've been checking the saloon and there was none there .I think they need to do a better job adding more bday hats.The reason they should is because it's really fun getting a free hat no matter how much it sucks.

Who said ol' west don't do staff birthday celebrations with a hat any-more..
No-one. So therefore just wait for a staff birthday, and be satisfied by the 1 hat.
