As the title suggested. This would help a lot. Just display all the guild chats in one message box so if you have a spammy guild, they can spam all they want but it will all be in one message.  

If it's optional, sure. Thing is that once another person pms, it moves up all the messages you haven't gotten to read yet. If they can disable that, and you can keep checking the multi-pm freely, then sure.

Would be cool if you could filter the pms of the whole guild. Decide, which pms you want to see, without actually blocking the person. (People who spam)

Hmm. A cool addition to this thread guild chat is they should add a check box next to the message box to allow you to stop receiving messages and receive messages. if you want to read without being interrupted, click the check box and the upcoming messages will stop sending, allowing you to read the current message. Once done, un-check the box and new messages (if there's any) will load
