My account has been banned for no apparent reason and my IP was blocked. Me and my brother have no clue why our IP was blocked and out account were globally banned. I have been running my data for my phone through the roof trying to find someone by using a personal hotspot. I have never hacked, used an external program or cheated. (I don't even know how to use Cheat Engine lmao). Our accounts are Gokussj5 (Graal758536) and MattXx (Graal778424). The weird thing is that in "/openaccess" it doesn't show that were banned but when I open it says that I am globally banned and when I open the client on my home wifi the client doesn't open, it just goes fully black. I have tried submitting a ticket on support.toonslab.com but I haven't gotten a response and I check a few days ago and the website was down. I tried contacting Carlito on skype but I found out his skype we hacked when I was sent a IP Logger.
