The player gets a kill and the other player dies. No reason to change anything.

Kill should go towards whoever hit last, that isn't in the same guild or an ally. or the guild member just doesn't gain a kill.

You can't judge if it was purposefully done or not. Nothing will happen. If anything were done, it would be that no kill counts for you if you arrow or bomb your own guild member.
