Not receiving gralats i payed for
So I just bought 2 , 8k gralat packs and only one worked , the second one took my money and I did not receive the gralats. Have email confirmation for both purchases. Who do I email or talk to , would prefer not to wait weeks for the classic support email to reply

They will most likely always direct you to the support website, especially such a big server like iClassic.

Same happen to me on era but still 5 day after i email them,they still didnt respond back or added the gralat to my account...But anyways,you can email them on toonslab site or at support.toonslab

tip: to save ur time. cuz they are prob gonna reply: attach the receipt number and picture etc. do that all at once. take a picture of ur itunes/google play receipt with number
