Can it be made so that we can choose a "channel" of conection to the server? Default would be global like it is now, but players could choose to only be interacting with others within their country. This could help mitigate lag from drastic differences in ping. I... think....  

i like that idea. Or just make two servers, the one the way it is now. and then a different one that has PK everywhere outdoors and you unlock it after X amount of PKs (5,000?)
Back in 2012 i talked to rufus and he said he wants to split the servers.  

Facebook server was a thing... before the earthquake... I guess we've come full circle and the new generation needs to be told of the olden times again...

The player base is not large enough for multiple server , if country servers would be added I don't think enough people would use them to make it a sustainable thing, specially in the spar community.
