Hello, I have uploaded a body that does not contain pure white or black colors. In their place are cream and grey. The admin does no accept them for the reason that it contains pure white or black colors. I can see in the preview that it does not, and there are no illegal transparent spots anywhere on the sheet. I have changed it over and over again to try and fit their quota, yet they still don't accept it.  

Try re-uploading it after three or four hours, so that it's past the reviewing admin's bedtime. Some one else might allow it. Alternatively, search for related threads in this subforum, post the image you're trying to upload in this thread, and be frustrated for days trying to make it work.

Apparently Jarace (admin) deals with this in a human manner (without spam responses) if you catch him in person, but I rarely see him in game.  

Aren't uploads that get denied for reasons like this automated though?

My guess would be you have pure white/black somewhere and are just missing it.  

Could be that your index is messed up.

If you want the easy way of fixing it here's a small guide.
1. View the body on 100% and then printscreen, paste the body into a new file and crop it down so you only have the body like the original.
Don't use any of the default body colours unless you want it recolorable (Talking about noob body colors).

2. Give it a random color background if you haven't already (a color you haven't used on your body)

3. After that select all, copy and paste it into the graal image helper tool which you can get here:

4. When you upload the new file make sure to tick set transparency on.


This should fix any issues if it had any.
You could also fix indexes through gimp but I hate gimp so idk how.

Maybe try with a non-black background like this...?

Seems fine to me, but maybe just by including pure black in your bg it causes an issue.
