BANNED BY THE BIG MAN HIMSELF FOR WANTING SUPPORT ON A 5 MINUTE ACCOUNT FIX

So some of you may have seen my status today if you know me, calling out iClassic's customer support and asking whichever admin resets it to pass a message to Xor that I have critical issues with my iClassic account so maybe he can help me.
I'm gonna post something very interesting that may make a lot of you rethink where your money is being spent.
Several months ago after waiting 3 months for a response from unixmad about my account being erroneously blocked by the anti-VPN system they had recently implemented, my account was fixed by unixmad and my IP removed from that list. When I got back into the game I posted a status snarkily thanking Toonslab for their help - the status did not contain anything inflammatory or insulting - simply a sarcastic statement about having to wait 3 months with no swear words used.
The next day I was unable to login from my home PC - there was no ban message, no messages of any kind indicating that there was a problem with my account - simply the standard "You have been disconnected from the game server." every time I tried to connect.
I tried for a further 2 months to get support about this issue and was ignored by literally everyone except Jarace who did everything he could to help me. Finally in the end I changed my IP address. One month after that I tried to identify from another PC, my laptop, on my normal account using the proper e-mail address. It told me there was no account associated with that e-mail address. Looking on my main PC/browser where I was logged into this account it tells me that the e-mail I tried to identify with is indeed attached to the account I was trying to login to.
Strange, but probably a weird account's database issue. I went through the support process again, submitting a ticket to toonslab, e-mailing requesting an update, etc... Finally ended up begging Crono to pass a message on to Xor about the issue to which he was told to tell me I would have to e-mail unixmad. I did this. 4 times over 4 months, the final one being 2 weeks ago when I also cc'd Xor in case unixmad was unavailable to give support.
I also talked to Jarace in several instances during these 4 months and in every case he was incredibly helpful but ultimately unable to do anything because he does not have the access to do so.
So I've now been ignored for 4+ months, trying to get support on a critical account issue that could result in me losing my account. It should be noted at this point that my account does not have a single warning on it, except for the single status reset after which my IP was mysteriously not able to connect anymore (more on this coming up).
My final resort was to message fp4 on the forums asking if he could look into the issue for me and pass a message along to Xor about it. He pmed me back just tonight asking for my GraalID so that he could check it out. I can't do that. Why? Here's where my earlier IP issue comes into play again.
I decided as a very last resort, knowing that fp4 likely can't help me as a developer, to post a status: "Graal support IS ****. This is a last resort. Whichever admin resets this status can you please check my support ticket, and tell Xor to check his e-mail and forward it to unixmad so I can maybe finally get my account back. <3"
I knew that an admin would eventually see this, reset it and HOPEFULLY pass along the message. As my account would be lost anyways if something happened to my browser or PC, risking it being banned is not a big deal at this point.
What happened when I came home about an hour ago interested me. I was now getting the permanently "You have been disconnected from the game server." message again with no other prompts on my home network. Funny. I wonder...? Sure enough, I use my phone to get on Graal through my cell network, lookup my account and the status is reset.
I just went now and reset my IP.
This gets even better. My main account now has the following screen displayed to me:
Access to my account was revoked? They revoked access to my account knowing that It's effectively a permaban because of the account issues I've been trying to get support for for 4+ months. So clearly unixmad knew I was having issues.
Also my alt account has been permanently banned for "Multiple bans" when my main (the one that is now revoked and unrecoverable) has only had two status warnings, one of them being the one that sparked this, and nothing else over its entire lifetime:
Multiple bans? But wait a minute, I've never been officially banned. The closest I've come is having my IP address suspiciously stop working to connect to Graal with no prompting other than the generic server issues message.
SO. Long ass post, most of you probably won't read it and the other half probably won't understand it.
So here's the deal:
Most of the Graal admins from fp4 downwards are very good at what they do and very helpful in every situation where they have the rights/access to be. Shoutout to Jarace, Crono and fp4 for trying to do everything they can to help me over the past god knows how many months I've been having issues. Don't give them flak, they're doing everything they can.

I also have very strong circumstantial evidence to suggest that unixmad is shadow banning players IPs and revoking access to accounts when they don't really have a case to ban them but just want to get rid of them. This IP issues has happened to me twice now on an account with no previous warnings whatsoever IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING A STATUS RESET FOR STATUSES WHICH WERE QUESTIONABLY INAPPROPRIATE AT WORST. The second time my accounts were all magically revoked and unrecoverable or permabanned.
I will gladly retract any statement I'm making about this if I can get support from an administrator or from unixmad and just get my account fixed.
Seriously, I'm about to graduate as a computer engineer, from experience it would've been easier to fix the issue with my account than to spend all this time and effort ignoring e-mails, responding to third party requests for help, wasting the lower admins' time, shadow banning my IP and revoking/banning all my accounts all because you're upset about being called out for not doing your job, LMAO. This issue would've taken 5 minutes in the accounts database to reconnect my e-mail to the proper account and I would've thanked unixmad and kept spending money as a somewhat happy customer.
In the meantime I strongly suggest every single person who sees this post reconsider spending any money whatsoever on this game. If you have any issues whatsoever that you submit a ticket for and do not receive a reply, report the app on the Apple store. Point this post out and share my story to as many friends as you can find. I'm not telling you to stop playing the game. It's fun. But take away their source of revenue. It's not like they're using it to help you anyways. As it stands there are always account issues, players not receiving gralats, players being banned from questionable reasons, etc. What is the owner of Toonslab doing to alleviate these issues? Stealing real money by not compensating the players losing gralats, ignoring support tickets almost completely, shadow banning the IPs of people who call them out for their lack of customer service and banning accounts for no reason because they don't like them. In short, every single person on this game spending money has a chance of being scammed and losing all of that money at a moment's notice because unixmad does not like you.
Most of this is old news (as in It's been happening since the early 2000s), but if I can give people a very real, very solid example of this maybe it will help some of you avoid having your money stolen from you in the future.
edit: Changing some aspects of this post as it has come to my attention that MD/Xor may not have had a choice in the matter of giving me the support I required. Would like to remove their names until I can try to get some more information.
edit2: As I'm still being ignored I've chosen to repost all redacted information so that people know what they're spending their/their parent's money on.
Additionally, further in the thread you can find posts from people who were banned simply for supporting me by having #freerelic in their status. This is the precedent that's being set by SOME high admins and SOME GPs in this game (as stated earlier some of them are incredibly professional and good at what they do). If a player doesn't like something, steal any money they've spent by banning them. The #freerelic bans were only 24 hours but that's still a mark against their accounts for something that shouldn't even be bannable meaning if they make a mistake in the future they likely get a longer ban.
If someone would like to resolve this entire situation in a way that works for both sides I'll gladly remove all of this again (hint: fix my account, rescind my ban and this all goes away because I'll have nothing to complain about if I get the technical support I was looking for 6 months ago).
