VIP subscription

So today I went to buy the VIP to get the ice hammer, bought the VIP and it says "You have a VIP sub. but you have deactivated it" and I didnt receive the ice hammer.

Any help?

-_- if you say's that you subscribed at vip subscription and your a vip player just relog your account to receive the vip item.
