I think this idea might be a great improvement since I lost iRIS due to lack of this feature. Make a guild lending system where the leader can make someone else leader for a certain ammount of time. I know a lot of tower guilds switch leaders for night and day time shifts, but there's always those tricksters out there that won't hand the guild back after they've earned your trust.  

Co-Leader system instead maybe?
