Hi, it's been 2 years since my parent let me use my own CC. i work during the summer and put those money in there, so I was allowed to spend it on hobbies. like in games.

the problem is, I spent HUNDREDS of dollars (Thru Oct to Dec) in one app (not Graal). I don't want to name the app (really shaming), but I can tell ya it's rated 4+.. However the game is very gamblish, temptative, manipulative and misleading with its promotions. Since I am over 18. So I don't think I am no longer eligible of child spend protection by Apple.

I wish I could get those money back. I could go to the bank or call the cc company, I have every option available, but not sure with the reasoning, is it acceptable reason to get a refund? BTW I could easily list over 10 examples.

If the game is misleading you with the purchases then you could try. Otherwise I doubt you could get a refund on purchases especially if you made those purchases a while ago.

Ah i see. There were few misleadings. Ex:
rare pet is harder to get than an epic item.
purchasing cash doesn't always give you rare ingredient. (30% chance)  

Your fault you spent the money in the first place.

Pretty sure there's also a time limit on returning these things as well.

I guess you could say to your banking company that somebody made an unauthorized purchase with your card but I'm not so sure how they're going to confirm it,

Ah ok. Somewhat expected. Just wondered if there was alternatives.
Whats gone is gone. It's not the end of the world.

I quitted that game cuz its always like that.

I bought kenovo $100 dollars of RP in League for no ****ing reason.
