i cant identify helpp

whenever i press on the link that is sent to my email i get this strange screen. i cant post images but its saying

85 Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in (^^^^ the "link" i posted)

Then it says to write my email, confirmation code and computer ID. i did it but nothing. and my iphone is identified to the email but my ipad isnt.
