Admins being to harsh?
I'm not trying to Flame or ****talk anyone in the GP Team. My question is why you've to disband Zezak 30mins before the GST happens instead of warning the leader? Let's say they didn't even know the meaning (Dirty n*), why couldn't you ask them to rename or just give a little warning, I feel like ban times/reasons etc sometimes are exaggerated. |

Like cmon, if you gsed as much as we did to get ready for gst u would understand. I spent a good 4-5hrs a day of gsin for the last 10days getting ready for gst(idc if its no life), Den you just disban zezak. Like im cool with u disbanning it, but could of done it 5hrs before gst? due to it being 30minutes before gst, none of us did it.

If I received that report, my thought process would immediately be, "It seems pretty coincidental that I'm getting this report right after registration closed. I bet this report was withheld until now intentionally so that the guild would be effectively DQed from the GST." Knowing that, I feel like it would have been a better decision to rename the guild and then punish the leader following the GST. It's held once every three months, so there could be a little consideration put towards that, along with the fact that the report timing was clearly a manipulation of the tournament. I think a punishment was deserved if it can be proven that it was apparently a racial slur, but keeping the team out of the GST 30 minutes before was not the correct punishment. Just my two cents. |

An admin would say that it was justified since they shouldn't be using racial slur as part of their guild name. They should not be treated any differently just because there's a GST tournament; they broke the rules. Rules are rules. They shouldn't have done it in the first place. Other people, including myself, would say that it's strange that it was only dealt with then. Unless the guild changed the name at the very last minute, which I doubt. |

For once I agree with squid guy up there. That's a bit harsh and punishment for a group of players when one player made the mistake.

Kinda weird it wasn't disbanded 3 months ago but only when GST was about to start.

This kind of stuff ALWAYS happens before a GST. You would think that after about a dozen times of a guild being disbanded/dq'd right before a GST it wouldn't be much of a surprise when it happens again.

I've explained this in the "winter 2017 GST" thread already, but the word means "black" in southern Albania. It means a derogatory term in other parts of the country. Fp4 then pretended to understand dialects, regional and historical meanings of the word when I'm can safely assume he has never known an Albanian word in his life. That's entirely besides the point, though. The point is a group of players who were scared to face our team (eko, dae, sith) reported it vindictively to keep specific people (or person, rather) that they don't like from participating. They did it in time so that none of us could join other teams, essentially outsmarting GPs to avoid competition. Don't care anymore, what's done is done but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't annoying to have to consistently deal with these issues on this game because of a GP who made the wrong call. |

not sure why anyone would be confused as to why a guild named after a word that is that derogatory in some cultures, regardless of the intent (lol), would be disbanded. Admins got the report did some quick research and disbanded the guild which was rightfully done in any situation. complaining at this point is just complaining that staff didn't give you a favor.
