I keep getting unlimited ammo expiry pm

I bought unlimited ammo for 2 days about 2-3 months ago and I keep getting PMs that say "Your unlimited ammo will expire in the next 30 minutes". Bruh.

It's annoying for me. I think it's because I exceeded the ammo limit but idk may be a bug.
