Heads with masks

So i wanted to upload my head and i tried several variants of it to get it approved. It gets rejected everytime because they say they cant allow full-face masks.
Can somebody explain where the borderline between full face and the ones which are allowed?
I've seen many ppl with masks heads, so why does mine get rejected?

So far as I know the reason is that recently there were 'accessories' added to the game. The submissions rules have changed in order to 'make room' for accessories (though there have been extremely few added so far) including glasses, face masks, backpacks, scabbards, and more. The submissions guidelines (and auto response system) have never (to my knowledge) been updated, and really need to be. The message you got is from a system which does not function as intended on the player's end because there has been no action to make it more 'user friendly' since inception on the administrative side. Ideally we should be able to work alongside those admins who know the system in order to get our content approved... but instead all we get is cheesy cryptic 'server' messages with little in the way of information about what actually needs fixing.

For some more help, in game, to get your content accepted, PM Jarace. He's an admin who has repeatedly said he wants to work to help players get their uploads into an acceptable state.

I see alot of other players with face masks though, so the fact that yours got denied is kind of odd, I guess it depends on the person who uploads it honestly, Some staff care and some staff dont.
