Make a roleplaying center somewhere in Snowtown. We already addressed the fact that Snowtown is dead, and there are bunch of players who want to roleplay that just stand in Graal City. this way, we lower the lag for people going traveling through the city, and Snowtown has it's own population of roleplayers

but the noobs who don't have a lantern will still stand in graal city.

Or maybe move the daycare to snowtown  

They could add another passage througu the mountain where you have to pay a fee of 100 gralats if you dont have a lantern/drasine.

(Another spar arena would be nice in snowtown could add icy spar)  

or maybe we could just blow up the left side of the graal bank??
