For the past month, every time I try to upload a guild pic it gets accepted but then it never changes. I have tried to upload a picture 20 times but it always stays the same picture for me. I asked other people what picture they saw for my guild, some said the old picture while others said the new picture. Can someone please help?

It's not a local(device) cache problem. It's a problem with the server that hosts the images, it's not sending the newest version of the files and it's something even the devs deal with.

Great explanation to how to fix it !  

I had this same exact issue. Its a simple fix, wait till admin is on and have them reset ur GP and then upload your new photo and it should work. If not then keep reloading and it should work (it worked for me).  

Hey dude. Guild Pic has always had problems.

Mine, for instance, changed to images that I had never uploaded twice last month.
