Gameplay Incentive
Currently on my phone and don't want to bother with formatting so sorry in advance. I want to bring up how there is not much rewarding incentives in the game for actually playing it. There are a lot of competitive aspects to this game that would feel so much more fun/rewarding/satisfying to players if they actually did have incentives to them. I have a suggested idea, not very original however, that could work for solo sparring in the least. What if for regular sparring there was no longer a simple win/loss tracker, and instead just a point system? It would range from 0 to 1500 and be split into 5 categories from bronze to silver, gold, platinum, and diamond. Essentially how it works is wins give points, losses take points away AND when you beat someone from a higher rank you gain more points and lose less. Vice Versa for playing against someone lower, which would also give incentive to play against those at your own skill level or better. Then, at the end of each season 4 times a year you are rewarded specifically for the rank that you achieved by the end of it, and then your rank is reset to 0 and you start again. This gives incentive to ALL players to actually participate and PLAY the GAME as well as keeping them actively playing due to reset ranks AND discourages taking advantage of worse players than yourself. Any thoughts? |

Has been brought up, and discussed before. Won't be added in anytime soon, only thing that's supposedly in the works is the NGS (New Guild System) which isn't coming soon either.

Not sure if I like the bronze to silver to gold and What not idea. It seems fairly.. Flawed.... Because as I stated before in another thread, just because you can beat someone doesn't exactly mean you're better than them. For example. Just because I can beat player named "Billy" doesn't mean I'm exactly "better". There is no doubt things Billy can do better than I can. Billy may be way better in GS than I am. He may be way better at defense or offensive. Or know more tricks, It's hard to master all these correctly. Sometimes it's even just finding what works with you and being comfortable with it. So even if you're in a "skill level" with someone doesn't mean you two are equal and are truly a silver or gold tier. You're both as different as apples and oranges. Which is why things can be heavily exploited if you think of it. No two people are exactly alike. Similar maybe. But that small difference can be enough to lead to your own downfall in a spar. But in my opinion. Rewards for sparring are already enough and good as it is. Rewards for entering a GST (mystery gift) and a hat if you manage to win. If anything we need fixes to towering rewards. Maybe PK and BK. Because even as a Non-towerer and non PKer and BKer. I can say the Towering community at most now. Especially compared to what it was. Is a lifeless sport. They spend way to much focus on sparring aspects. |

At the moment i think all profile stats are fine, but i agree more rewards are needed. Developers dont want to give us content to actually play the game with, so the least we could get is a 10k spar win hat or something as incentive to work towards. Unfortunately, as of now, rock hats in bazaar are prioritized over the new guild system, which i can honestly say im not hyped to try out because of how dissatisfied this wait has made me. I mean theres legit a glitch active rn that people can use to wipe guilds but of course its ignored and only snake hats in bazaar get any attention

It doesn’t need to be a profile stat but it would be nice to know have a tally on completed bounties, like showbountiescompleted
