My account has been un-accessible for 3 months
Now that graalians is apprantley an official forum I'd like to post about something that happened to me 3 months ago that I've yet to hear back from support about. My account nicknamed "Red" leader of the guild (Shaman) has now been un-accessible for the last 3 months, I went to login on my mobile 3 months ago to find that I'd been logged out. When I attempted to log myself back in I was met with the message about your email not being registered. Basically my account has had the email separated (or purposely removed) from it. I've emailed support and submitted tickets for months now with no response what so ever. As someone who has sunk years worth of play time and admittedly a lotttt of money into iclassic, I'm honestly quite annoyed that I've not once received word as to what is happening with my accounts situation. I know for a fact threads like this are likely against rules and I didn't want to post this at all but at this point I have no other option and with this forum supposedly now being "official" its my best shot at having someone from staff see my situation and possibly help me. I can prove the account is mine, I have everything needed for that I just need someone from the staff team to fix this for me. Even a private message from jarace or someone, anyone at all would suffice. |

I had something very similar happen with my main account. Lost everything, still don't have access to it. I messaged support countless times only to have no response. I feel for you man and I hope they can clear this up. Goodluck.

The reason this is an issue? - Players could claim to own an account they don't - They could steal other players' accounts by lying about not having access to emails - There aren't failsafes in place regarding loss of emails - Customer service requires paid staff - Players give out their email to random other players in order to make bank on scams - It's easy to make a second account and mourn the loss of your pro account - Srsly my first account was pro with lots of hours and I just lost the password. - The railroads are broken - There's ambush guards leaping out of the walls in tailor richards' - There's a pirate ship sailing through an underground cave - Graal |
