Since most admins complain that they have lives (they likely don't), we should have monthly GSTs where GST runs automatically. It would work like this.

1. Same Bracketing system, Same GS point system.
2. During GST, EVERY member must say 'Ready' to unlock queue and press the sword to start off the gst.
3. Freezing over 20 seconds=DQ
4. Timer rules apply as always.


My only problem with this is 4v5 problems. Some players will lag out like idiots and will need redos. No NPC or code can recognize that and administer a redo (or can they?)

This is just not going to work. You don't know the preparations that take place before GST and the amount of players that get banned same day of GST (usually hackers/cheaters). Also, the GST is going to be full of hackers at that case since there is no body to moderate it. Who is going to decide wither a player should be DQ or not when they lag? Don't say a bot because they couldn't script that.
Look having GSTs more often was a good day but I will have to disagree with this one.  

They don’t have to make it completely automated. Just make it so that members are teleported automatically and core members are put to fight over a sub. This gst which was my first experience, wasn’t very pleasant.
Because of this admins will have it easier just to moderate it not have to summon everyone. I don’t know if every GST is like this, but its not what I was expecting.

Obviously admins will work that day and all you need to do is send in a report. That solves that problem and all that needs to be done is a reset. Also, the brackets can be set up as 1v32 as seed 1 and 2v31 as seed 16, etc. or whatever systematic crap is done for gst.  

Automatic GST systems could work. However there would be a few edits id have.

Saying ready to start. I don't think this is a good idea, Given that...well if you think about it, as long as you don't say ready... you don't spar, Which trolls could use to just waste time.

Some systems will be made,
1 being a script that reads your IP to verify it isn't from a VPN, this is completely possible and lots of games have implemented this since VPN IP's have a recognizable IP.

2. Systems that kick you out of your frame rate goes to high, To stop speed hackers, Things like this was implemented in Zone so I'm sure Classic can find a way to do the same.

3. Systems that make sure the characters health goes down and isn't hackable so they don't start with over 3.0 health or doesn't go back up when it is lowered or stay the same even when hit, Which should be fairly easy to do

4. Systems in which allows the main leader to decide who to replace and with who for subs.


Automatic GST systems and concepts are completely possible, people seem to forget most if not almost every game has automatic events. They just have systems to ensure you can't hack  

Just cut down the tournaments to 16 and 8 teams. That should take max 2 hours out of a Saturday. At least until this ngs thing kicks in  

It is better as we are currently, only that should improve the quality of the hats that are given as a prize, my intention is not to insult the creativity but in the last GST have lowered the quality.

Honestly, I feel the concept of hats for GST winners is somewhat dumb.

Don't get me wrong, Hats are indeed nice but to sparrers that typically dress up in all black and wear silly hats and heads to look goofy, They probably aren't entirely ideal of a prize for them. Id find it more reasonable if the GST winners get something that is more valuable to them. possibly like unique Gani's, bomb and arrow set, and possibly a special name tag on your name saying GST showing your the GST winner. Ideally I don't think many sparrers want a hat to begin with but something more valuable to a sparrer.

I think maybe having a full row dedicated permanently to the group of gst winners would be nice too. As for the runner ups/3rd places, they can get a nice placard to place in their houses and to hold up. idk

That would be nice, just something more valuable to a sparrer would be better I think. Like a Gani saying "You won GST in winter 2018" or whatever time you won. Even something in your house like you said would be nice. A permanent row for them would be nice as well, Perhaps make a whole new building called the GST hall of fame?  

If this concept goes through you might regret it. Look at the 'carnival events'...
