I came to chew bubblegum and request a gang mount template...

...and I'm all out of bubblegum

Note:
I've attached the only two mount templates I could find via search
The horse template is 128x768 pixels
The panda template is 96x576 pixels

...so what's the news, folks?  

mount dont need a template if you want to, just estimate the size of your mount if its too small or so big

You don’t necessarily need a template, the exact dimensions do not matter given the way ganis are created. The are only two reasons why a template would be useful. If they switch the sprite textures for a single gani using player.attr, then it’d be required. But also a template could be useful for making sure that you have all the correct animation frames and it’d make it easier for the gani artist since they wouldn’t have to guess which frame is which.

I've always used templates during the holiday GFX events, and thought it was always customary to do so... 'cuz guys..... if there is no limit to the space you're allotted for mount size..... THEN SOMEONE WILL EVENTUALLY GFX SOME ABSURD THING... RIDE UP INTO TOWN, COVERING THE WHOLE DAMN AREA WITH THEIR BUILDING-SIZED GODZILLA HORSE... BRRRAAAGGHHH!!! xD

I don't want to cheat myself, but I don't want to break the rules.

If the template is not mandatory, then I simply need to know HOW BIG IS TOO BIG?

And like Astram says, if we don't follow a template, how will the Devs know how to divide up the sprite sheet for animation?

Also, do we allow for GIF files for the mounts?

...likewise for the accessories... GIF, ya or na?
