Start by checking spam and trash. If it isn't there and you have waited a while, you can email [email protected] for support. In-game staff and forum staff are unable to provide account support. Sometimes this can happen if you signed up for a playerworlds account using your mobile account's email, in which case support can change the email on one of the accounts for you or delete one if you arent using it. I have not heard of any other solution, but if anyone has found one let me know via Forum PM. I'll be closing this thread since it is an issue that needs to be taken to support. |
