If some of you don’t already know, if you have a communication ban this means you can’t type in public chat, PMS, status, name, guild chat, reports, feedback. Its basically muting a player.
Now, in the past I know if you have a communication ban, you’re not allowed to participate in the GST. What about now? Since GST is close and a lot of people are com banned, they would like to know wither you can do GST or not. I do not see why you wouldn’t be able to do GST. Because you are given the communication ban so you don’t communicate with anyone, their reasoning is so you don’t harass/advertise or whatever. But what GST has to do with this?

Also, I believe if a player has a communication ban they should still be able to report a player and send feedback.  

As I told you in PM last time you asked this, you can still participate in the GST if you are communication banned as long as it still allows you to register. What you aren't allowed to do is avoid your communication ban (as with all other bans).

If someone who is communication banned needs to communicate with staff for some reason, they can do it via support.
