Feedback - Bug report system

Is anyone ever reading your feedback?

For example:

I gave lots of (at least 30) feedbacks about a few bugs
-
Nothing changed

I make a single thread here with the bugs
-
everything got fixed in one day

Feedback is normally for the opinion about Graal, I know, but that makes me think, if someone reads it and who reads it. If a GP reads a good idea for a new level, will he tell azrael about it? Well maybe they could add an "Bug Report" and a "Futur Improvements" reply. Maybe not many will use it, but if you have an idea you can just write it there. Both of them should be overwatched by Dev's/Lat's and Scripter's.

If its (for example) a Lat bug and a scripter reads it, he has to inform a Lat/Dev to read it.

I have no clue how the feedback is working on iClassic.....yeah so I dont know who reads what

And if you really wanna change something, then separate the Bug Report to

Level
and
Scripts
and
Graphic

The messages will be in separated "Letter boxes" and a certain Staff member (Lat, Gfx, Nat, Dev) can open it.

I think it would take a lot of scripting but it would clean up the Feedback system. Players will be able to submit Bugs and Ideas very quickly and they know that it got read.They will have new faith in the Staff members.

Yeah feedback should be seperated into categorys of the staff team.

Ya.....Well I never worked there, so I dont know. It jsut doesnt seem to work...

How about when you submit a feedback you get to choose what category. Make a bunch of categories and use the scroll wheel thing to pick the category.

That's a great idea. Then the real admins wouldn't have to waste time going through feedback.

Things do seem to get done a lot more on the forums. I honestly don't know what feedback is for. Reports system works good, like when someone is glitching, an admin usually always responds to it. Feedback, I'm not too sure. I only tell admins directly, and if it is serious enough, they leave a note for Xor.

The "Official" way to report issues is emailing [email protected].

There is a few other ways to report though. As you already know you can post on the forums. You can also send private pms to staff. If you pm a staff member saying "Hi" you'll have a less chance of a response since we are often busy and don't have time to respond to basic pms.

Try something like "I have a glitch I need to show you. It involves snowtown and players being able to jump over walls." This message in short explained that you need a staff member to show them a glitch and a brief explanation of what the glitch is.

Lastly, we do read all your feedback. We report all issues found in feedback to the Admins who are able to fix the issue.

The only time i've had to use feedback on iClassic, i got a reply from Arichi straight away.

Many people wanted that. From the first few months iClassic was released, to the day it was uploaded. Still, they DO see all feedback messages anyways.

Someone not paying for a stupid overpriced item just to enter a town that should be open for free, oh no! Goodnessforbid players get to enter snowtown without paying for a latern!

Funny how a glitch like that would appear more important than a glitch that didn't have to do with Stefan not making as much money.

Not necessarily. I'm pretty sure they are low on European admins. Not many on at USA night time hours.
