Account Recovery

Hey Graalians,

I recently discovered that the old email provider I used for my GraalOnline Classic account is deleted. The email provider is Comcast, and they said it's irrecoverable. This is the email linked to my Graal account with a lot of nostalgia. Unfortunately, this means I can't sign in anymore. Would anyone know who I can contact to help me on this?

I do see my account on Graal is still in tact which is a good sign. Hope to hear from anyone who's been in a similar situation.

Hey all, to follow up on this I was able to recover my account. If you run into similar issues, definitely shoot an email to [email protected]. They were extremely helpful and responsive in recovering my account once adequate information was provided. Have a nice day!
