Do you mean all of the little boxes? If so that is a good idea. Right now you can change the look of the PM icons by going to the state shop. Yeah they do change to blue every winter, so that wouldn't be a seasonal change anymore...

This would be tricky. Your items which appear on the right have two icon images; one that matches the blue button and one that matches the green button. If customization came into it there'd have to be either a big adjustment to every single item, or each individual item would need buttons to match the new theme. I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon
