I've found that it is hard to kick a bad member quickly while basing. Why not add gang options to profiles so we can manipulate their details, kick status and ranks. So instead of running throughout multiple menus to get to your members, you can instead click on the member and easily make a quick edit, whether it be a kick or rank change. There are many times when I'm in mid battle and I have to change something with a bad member.
