Sam is right however there will always be a space for new graphics throughout the year. There will most probably be a 'Summer' shop which will have a beach theme. That is just a guess however the point I'm getting at is that there is always a space for new items.

iClassic celebrated Hanuka last year so what you just said is false.
Here are some examples.

Australia day (January 26th)

Anzac day (25th April)

there are many more..

You got the point?! It wasn't that Hanuka couldn't be Celebrated but some Religous events couldn't be publicised .
