Ignorant players like him probably would have been much happier if there was a place somewhere in-game that discussed account transfers. Currently, there is none.

I suggest placing it in the FAQ sign in the Information Kiosk within Graal City, perhaps?

That player is a stereotypical Graal player.  

That guy= the dude who you call a noob because you have 500+ more spar wins than him and 5000 more pks but he says no because he has more hours. HES A PRO BECAUSE HE HAS 2000 HOURS OMG. lol just sayin. That guy represents a lot of graal players.

How bout make a login system with Username and Password? On second though maybe not there will be many faults to it.  

I like this idea. Too many people have gone without an account transfer for months, even a year for some. People are left hanging, wondering if staff even got their message. Also, I think another staff member or two needs to have the ability to do this so more people can be helped. Perhaps a separate email JUST for account transfers would make these transfers occur more efficiently and quickly?

Actually, we are only one step away from this when using VIP; the password itself. We already have username (email) and a verification email.
