Ever since I signed up for VIP with my main iPod account, I've been regretting it. To keep my account alive, and prevent it from dying, I have to invest 7.5k gralats/month. I'm quite in-active on the game, so I would appreciate a one-time investment to ensure my account still stays alive.  

Stefan and Unixmad want money. So they made this pseudo subscription in game to make it so features that should just be free need to be constantly paid for. Worst of all, it takes your account hostage if you don't pay in some cases where you can't access your account without it or go on the right server.

So yes. It's a major problem Stefan and Unixmad will never take back. Enjoy!  

Just cancel the subscription before it ends and your account won't be charged anymore but you'll still have access to it

I think she means that she has to pay for her account on the PC because she doesn't have an iDevice anymore. I would like to have a permanent subscription too.

I paid 30$ for the permanent classic subscription for the PC servers, I'd pay 10-20$ for the iclassic one.

And tbh your recent posts are a 1/10.  

Rezon, I recently got rid of my already broken iPod. My solution was to revoke access on my computer, so I can still log onto my VIP account when I want to play, regardless of whether or not I have the 7500 gralats paid for that month. I think you fall under a similar situation, except that I know that sometimes you don't log on for a little while longer. Why not pay for VIP when you know you will play that month, and not pay when you think you'll be gone for a while? When you come back you will just be on the Facebook server until you pay for VIP again. Works alright, in my opinion.

Also, I was pretty sure you can't buy Classic subscriptions for a few years now. Has that changed?

Yea but from whats going on now with the VIP account issues which still could be in effect, it only wants you having to pay the 7500 gralats so nothing goes wrong when the subscription is gonna end.

Also, the VIP subscription is starting to lose its value.

-The VIP items you get are just mounts and morphs

-Switching between servers doesn't have much of appeal anymore (the nostalgia has been ripped out of the FB server so no more finding those old/rare hats back in the days)

-And with some of the current problems thats going on with VIP (Especially Julius broadcasting everyday about VIP scams): It doesn't feel like its worth the 7500 gralats and you're stuck in a one-way mouse trap.

Now im not ranting or trying to argue back and forth to force more content but if its gonna be 7500 gralats for a VIP subscription that locks onto your account (and still latches onto it even though you cancelled it. You just don't get the bonuses): shouldn't there be some sort of value that makes the subscription worth paying for?

Is there a way to like be a non vip anymore? I mean like make that main acc back into not a vip without losing your stats?

I don't like how you ended with the assumption that you would be insulted. Your post benefits the discussion!

On behalf of the points you brought up regarding the value of VIP, I agree with you. What we did not point out (and probably should have) is that we no longer can play on an iPod. In which case, we pay VIP monthly to play on a server with other players (iPhone), rather than a server with a handful of people holding a few towers (Facebook). Without VIP, we would only be allowed on the boring server. Instead of the free gifts, mounts, etc., we pay 7500 gralats a month simply looking forward to playing the game with everyone else. Still only on one device, I need to pay monthly to really get my fill of the game itself. That is the value of VIP to me.

I assume there should be, but I never have tried it myself. I have heard that it is very buggy, though. Maybe ask someone who has had the experience?
