Organ, future furniture? yes/no?

I hope so. It would probably end up being the same price as the piano making it unaffordable for your every day Graalian though.

Im betting it'll be 75k but im taking a guess its gonna be 25k because the piano was meant to be a rare christmas gift but then was sold at snowtunes. Maybe the organ has lesser value but who knows... I could be absolutely wrong
