i already started making hats for iera and iclassic although i have not turned them in.

There's no need to make a thread for this as this is a forum and not a site for looking for work. If you have a question and feel you have what it takes to be staff then contact MysticalDragon or Emera. There is no set guarantee that you'll be hired especially considering the number of currently active graphics staff.
