If it's like a lethal and a small area the PBP defiantly rules as it's hard to dodge the bullets, But if it's a huge area with the m4's mobility you'll be able to dodge the bullets.

Depends on who's using which gun. If someone who buys packs uses pbp vs someone who worked for their m4, m4 wins no doubt.
