its ok, needs shading though  

too simple. Needs shining like lokis tv  

it's nice but it seems like a england afro hat to me, however more shading is needed and colours need to be precise

and move his to creation corner you will get more critiques and feedback

It's just blurry. Probably a .jpeg  

Paint makes it blurry for some reason I'll work on it might need some help since this is my first one if i can get it good I'll make more Afros lokis look cool but are just black with a hat

Save it as .png and not .jpeg or whatever you saved it as.
