But they DO get a higher chance of being hired. At least it isn't as corrupt as Classic, where if staff's friends apply, try get hired.

Well, I spend a lot of time with Ch4rM, and lately we hung out with Elly and EPiK. Don't act like a suck up, I think most admins hate that. Act like they are normal players, but with a limit. Like someone said, you gotta be friends with them before they are staff, or maybe they're really social admins.

I Don't just back my friends, I back the people who i think are most capable of the job. The reason sometimes friends can get hired is because say, you've known them for years and have worked with hem before and know their capabilities better than trying to gauge it off of an application form.

I dont just hired friends. I hire people who i think are right for era. Even if i barely know someone, and i think they have promise, ill back them.

Yeah, You might know them well and you might think they are up to job. It's better than just a ramdom person applying and you don't know what they are like in game.

I'm not saying anything about hirings being linked with being friends of staff, but to get to know staff members all you have to do is play the game, eventually a friend will be hired here or there, and you'll still know them from before. I don't see why it matters though.
