I can't wear my head upload
 

I don't what know happened but when I go online, my head is in default, I can access other heads but I can't use my uploaded one, please help even I loadslot or refresh my game, my head still doesn't work, my head works last days but not today.

That would probably be why. Try it from a mobile device, if it still doesn't work let me know.

Your own graphics should be usable now. I've also limited it just to other people's heads as well.

gif heads are accessible on mobile devices but don't work on pc for whatever reason, it shouldn't be limited to just mobile users because the other users will just see a noob head, so no the problem isn't necessarily fixed

We've processed all the custom gifs so the crashing issues related to them should be resolved.

You may need to clear your cache or delete and re-install your client to fix it on your end.

There have been crashes caused by other sources as well but this was a major one.

Is a side-effect of this fix giving some heads white/black backgrounds when worn by other players? Or is this an issue with my cache?

It's certainly possible that some GIF's transparency was broken in the process. To make things right everyone can now refund your custom GIFs and receive a full refund.

We hope to re-enable GIF uploads soon.

I assumed that only PC was seeing the transparency issues but mobile is as well. I haven't crashed on PC, yet. So far it's working. Thanks FP4

You shouldn’t have refunded heads like that, some people don’t have their head files saved anymore.

You're not giving a full refund, you're only giving 15k upload tokens when you force a refund

When you refund a gif head yourself you get a full refund. But when you guys force refund it we only get 15k instead of 20k

No. When you refund within 1 hour of uploading you get 100% of whatever it is that you've uploaded in... shudder... tokens. If you refund after 1 hour of online time post-upload, you get 50% of the cost you paid - again in tokens.

If they delete your head afterwards at some point, you generally get 100% of whatever you paid in the first place. Chances are if you got 15k, it means you bought it during a 25% off sale.

Ya pretty sure 4-lom is right, even though you get 100% gif refund atm. If you refund a head from black friday you'll only get 10k

There not forcing heads to be refunded, You can just refund your .gif upload head for 100% of what you bought it for. For any .gif custom head
