My tickets aren't being answered
 

My tickets on support.toonslab for Ol' West aren't being answered... Why? :( I've been waiting for a reply for a week now. But it's pretty much too late since I'm already out of jail... Please help me admins.

Because I was jailed three times just because I was laggy. That's 30 hours spent in jail that I didn't deserve. I believe that I should have been released the day that I sent my support ticket, but no. They just let me wait out my jail.

Admis most likely are busy

maybe they saw you were unbanned so there was no need for a response.. 30 hours is just over a day, man!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Obviously we can't do anything about it now - but if it happens next time just private message a staff member and we'll look into it.

But he can't. If he goes on another account wouldn't he be jailed for "Evading Jail/ban"
