Animating
 

So currently, I only make ganis but I want to take it to the next level by doing real animation. Does anyone know where I can start or help me themselves?

3d or 2d? Either way, find the program you wish to use, and check their website for any tutorials. There's usually at least a basic skill level taught there.

If you're talking about 3d, I personally use Blender. There is a pretty large community behind it, and tons of the people in that community are way more than willing to answer your questions. Not to mention there are alot of function specific tutorials all over their forums (link).
I've also bought a couple books in the past year and they really helped out, but are more specific to modeling not animation. I can animate, but in all honesty the animations I've made really do suck in most every aspect. More for placeholder use in my personal timekiller projects than anything.

I was gonna do 2D but 3D sounds more fun. I don't like tutorials. I like a personal teacher.

You haven't explained what kind of animation you want to make.

If you want to make animations like Graal, I don't use any tools but change sprites.
If you want to make videos/movies, the only software I know and recommend is Adobe Ae, it has everything you need but you need lot of RAM or else it won't work. I am not sure but I guess it would work with 4GB RAM.

For 3d animation use Blender, for 2d use flash.
