Staff always doing this.
 

I'm getting really pissed off. I always get false banned for things I never do and it sometimes bans my ex, too (maybe because we were on eachothers accounts many months ago).
What can I do? They'd never reply to my support tickets.

I'm asking what I can do because support.toonslab.com is so useless. They honestly treat me like trash by ignoring me and not replying and once even threatened to terminate my account due to my excessive ban history despite a majority of the bans being false. Once, I got banned while afk/asleep.

I understand your pain about hours (but a less extreme version of it). But seriously don't spend 2000 dollars on in-game currency especially graal because it goes towards paying bread and apartment fees.

At least you will get back access whereas I can't get on my account.

unless unixmad decides to sell everything over to professionals, toonslab will never have decent support.

Not any higher up will be able to fix anything that needs to be fixed because of him.

Yep, that's right this is the guy all that money is going to.

Linked accounts share the same bans to avoid ban evasion, that is why they don't allow sharing accounts.

Support tickets are your only option for ban appeals. If you haven't, I recommend sending one to see if you can have your accounts un-linked.
