That was the Android server, I'm pretty sure.

Unnecessary Test server so it was removed.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) not an Andriod server.

Will their ever be one? Porting to android is a smart idea as android phones are used more than iOS phones it would truly be a step in the right direction.

Android is extremely fragmented

True, there would have to bee several editions of the game to run across all android platforms? Am i correct?

Android market is no more fragmented then the various iPod/iPad devices. Also there already is an Android version. They're just not releasing it for whatever reason.

Yes, way more than iOS. 1.5/1.6 is still used in some devices. After that, need to consider 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2 and now 4.0. Different devices are stuck throughout that range as some manufacturers don't care to update older models.

Also, each manufacturer implements their software different. For instance, my HTC Desire w/ Sense was unable to use the default keyboard call whilst my Desire w/ Cyanogen (custom F/W) and my Galaxy Nexus could without issue. Android also has a poorer implementation of OpenGL.

It would be great to have but a lot of work so I don't see Graal for Android having a high priority (though they have released others on Android :))

I'm not talking about the market but the individual devices.

can't it just be made available for a few selected devices that are tested? Maybe even have a beta test to test a large selection, Android supports beta tesing unlike iOS

Eventually, I'm sure it could be. For the moment, there is still work that needs to be done prior to that stage.
