I'm trying to add this custom tileset to the current iEra tileset in offline editor. I know that I am supposed to use "addtiledef2" but its just not working for me? Could someone please post the exact thing I must type to add this custom tileset to the iera tileset?

PHP Code:

addTileDef2(imagelevelstartxy);
addTileDef2("block.png""mylevel.nw"00);

I think the x and y is in pixel but I'm not sure anymore ): with the levelstart its the same rule as with using addTileDef();

offline its the same
PHP Code:

addTileDef2 imagelevelstartxy;
addTileDef2 block.pngmylevel.nw00

It's still not working...

What exactly? Do you get any error if you press the test button in the script window?

Dude1310 06-19-2012 08:15 PM

Nope, after I write the script no new tiles show up anywhere on the tileset

callimuc 06-19-2012 08:16 PM

Did you try having it either in tiles or pixel?

Dude1310 06-19-2012 08:18 PM

Wait what do you mean? Are you talkin about the x and y?

I know when I did addtiledef2 I was not able to use up the whole Y axis of the tileset, which meant I had to cut of 16pixels of my tileset. Basically I couldn't fill up the entire Y axis. I don't know if you are having this problem or not, but each time I tried it just didn't show.

Are you using Gonstruct or the original editor?

Dude1310 06-19-2012 08:30 PM

I'm using original offline editor. Wait, what do I put as x and y?

Yes I'm talking about the x/y. Try to use either the coordinates in tiles (like its the 5th tile in the x and the 8th tile in the height) or in pixel (you would have to open it in a paint programm to get it until you want to calculate the tiles). If it would be the 5th tile in the x and the 8th tile in the width the coordinates in pixel would be 80 in width and 128

Dude1310 06-19-2012 11:44 PM

I'll try that

Thanks it works! I did it by pixels. Is it possible to add 2 custom tilesets to a tileset? Like can you use addtiledef2 twice?
