Best method is saying that hats are done being given out and be done with it, ignore all the whiners. If they say that 900 hours was for nothing than they weren't towering for the right reason anyway.

Failed because staff didnt ignore the mass protest. in fact thats the first time staff gave in changed something back. (ok well last weeks cheeseheads had no effect on the guild pic issue)

You should only be able to get one 1k Hat. This would solve all problems. End of story.

I have one 1k hat from Voyage. Going for a 1k does not make you a hat chaser. A hat chaser is a person who starts a guild, takes it to 1k, disbands the guild, starts another one, takes it to 1k, etc.
