The recently added alignment system has caused nothing but trouble, and does nothing to improve the game.
First off, you punish players for pking. We can't heal from beds/pots anymore, high ap players get invulnerability. We can only kill other pkers now, and we get punished for it. Pking has always been one of the best features on Graal, and it has been slowly removed over time. No-pk zones have slowly been creeping throughout the map, and admins have even banned players without warning for pking others when they're farming in a public area such as the grotto. now the ap system punishes pking. It should be the opposite, we should get rewarded for pking.
Secondly, it's being exploited beyond control. people will get 100 ap, then just block doors, being extra careful not to kill someone to lose their ap.
It's like the game is trying to be turned into a giant social hub where all you do is buy gralat packs and wear hats. It's truly a shame to see such a great game being destroyed.

AP makes nothing extraordinarily terrible. Saints are not invincible, they are mearly immune to sword damage, and since they don't show interest in PKing, just makes things easier for them to get from point A to point B. Secondly the lower you AP the faster it regenerates. If a player were to have less than 30 AP they can quickly re-obtain it by not PKing or by completing the pyrat bay quest. And finally, since you are severely distraut by an update to a game on your iDevice, I found this for you

So, killing people lowers your AP. But if you kill bandits, (The NPC ones) they aren't people anymore, since they raise your AP? FloridaOranges told me the pyrat Bay quest raised it by 2 he thought.

The amount raised varies depending on your current AP, if your AP is very low it will be raised by more than two.
